Cresciuti musicalmente in Europa ed in una famiglia particolarmente attenta alla musica, i fratelli Krueger hanno iniziato la loro formazione artistica da giovanissimi. A soli 11 anni si esibivano già regolarmente in pubblico ed il loro talento iniziava a fare breccia in Europa. La loro carriera professionale iniziò nel 1979 registrando notevoli ed affermandosi a livello internazionale. Nel primi anni '90 Joel Landsberg nativo di New York entro' a far parte del gruppo caratterizzando ancora maggiormente il sound che li ha resi celebri e per il quale sono conosciuti in tutto il mondo.
